Refund Policy

Because every ZetFunnels project is custom work scoped and quoted before payment, our refund terms are based on how much of the work has been completed when a cancellation or refund request is made.

1. Before work begins

If you cancel after paying but before we have started work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

2. While work is in progress

If you cancel after work has started but before the final deliverables have been provided, we will refund the amount paid less the value of work already completed, calculated against the milestones on your quote (e.g. research and strategy, first draft, revisions). We will show you the completed work and a breakdown of the deduction.

3. After delivery

Once final deliverables have been delivered and accepted (as described in our Terms & Conditions), payments are non-refundable, because the full custom service has been rendered. If something we delivered does not match what was agreed on your quote, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge — and if we cannot correct it, we will refund the affected portion.

  1. Email info@zetfunnels.com with your name, payment reference, and the reason for the request.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and review it against the milestones on your quote.
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, via our payment provider.
