These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ZetFunnels website and the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
1. Our services
ZetFunnels provides custom landing page design, sales funnel development, copywriting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) services. All work is custom and delivered digitally. The specific deliverables for your project are defined in the written quote you approve before work begins (see our Pricing page).
2. Quotes and payment
- Every engagement starts with a written quote stating the scope, deliverables, timeline, and total price.
- No payment is taken until you approve the quote. The approved quote forms the agreement between us for that project.
- Payments are processed securely through a trusted third-party payment provider. Where a quote specifies a deposit and balance, the balance is due before final files are released.
- Work requested beyond the approved scope is quoted separately and billed only with your written approval.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide the materials, information, and feedback reasonably needed for us to complete the work (brand assets, product details, access to relevant tools) within agreed timeframes. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline. You confirm that any materials you supply do not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Revisions and delivery
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated on your quote. Deliverables are deemed accepted when you approve them or 14 days after delivery if no feedback is received, whichever comes first. Additional revisions after acceptance are available and quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how, and we may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Third-party tools
Our work may integrate with third-party platforms you use (hosting, email marketing, payment tools). Those platforms are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or performance.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. No guarantee of specific results
We apply proven conversion optimization practices and work to achieve the best possible outcome, but conversion rates depend on many factors outside our control (your offer, traffic quality, market conditions). We therefore cannot guarantee a specific conversion rate, revenue figure, or business result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data.
10. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use its content for unlawful purposes. The content of this website is owned by ZetFunnels and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties before any formal proceedings.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you approve a quote is the version that applies to that project.
